DelphiHeretic and DelphiHexen keyboard patch (January 16th

This patch replaces the "skel" cheat (Heretic) and the "skel" and "satan" cheats (Hexen) with idskel and idsatan due to keyboard problems while attempting to use WASD keyboard combination for moving. This is not and official release, future releases will not require this patch. The package contains the executable files of newest DelphiHeretic and DelphiHexen.
